Bereavement Leave
Brubacher recognizes that experiencing the loss of a family member is very difficult for employees and their family. Brubacher will make every effort to adjust schedules to ensure that employees are able to attend to family matters during this difficult time. The time of paid bereavement leave is dependent upon the relationship with the deceased.
Bereavement leave will be granted unless there are unusual business needs or staffing requirements.
